Shipping & Return
The approximate lead time for each item is shown on the product page. Please be aware that some items may carry a longer lead time than others. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipment date. The 3-5 day shipping option only includes the transit time, and will not speed up the processing time. Some products carry a longer lead time than others, and some ship same day. For your convenience, lead times are shown on each product page.
We will normally send your order the next working day for stock items or the same day if we receive your order before 2pm. We despatch orders Monday to Friday and our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday although we can arrange a Saturday morning delivery if requested.
It is possible to order goods for delivery to most countries worldwide however, due to the wide range and size of our products it is impossible to state these costs online. Please either call or email us with your order details and we will get back to you immediately with delivery costs, cost for shipment at website not fix, we will inform you if any another cost before create invoice order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item purchase in the first 7 days of the delivery date, please return the item to us and we will issue a full refund towards the original form payment. Items must be return with original packaging materials, sales receipt or packing list, warrantee/registration cards and instruction manuals. We will not accept used products for return. With all returns shipping/handling is to be paid by the customer and is nonrefundable.
Refunds will be applied back to the customers bank account purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, refunds will be issued by check. Please include your sales receipt or packing slip. Please send all returns via an insured and/or traceable carrier.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to our return departement.
